Update - Our site engineer is currently attending the premises with the replacement equipment. The network switch will be configured and implemented within the hour.

Identified - We have identified the fault within the communications room of Skyline Village, which has been isolated down to a faulty network switch. We are currently sourcing replacement equipment in order to resolve outstanding connection issues, and are aiming for the fault to be resolved in the next 2 hours. We will continue to keep all affected parties updated during this procedure, and will confirm once this is complete. We once again thank all affected users for their patience during this matter.
